Low season rentals

From September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, we offer students, workers and companies passing through La Rochelle to rent one of our weekly accommodations (for one or two weeks), renewable. Upon presentation of proof (employment contract, school certificate or KBIS), you will submit your file request and we will offer you different options depending on our availability. The rental

You can benefit from renting a mobile home by the week between September and April.

17 m² mobile home - 1 bedroom / 2 people: from €150 per week (charges included)
27 m² mobile home - 2 bedrooms / 4 people: from €250 per week (charges included)

All our low season rentals are eligible for CAF assistance.

A deposit is required and collected.
